Mr.Bot B.V. is a Human + AI workflow platform for service SMEs, built in Amsterdam. We help 50–500 employee companies move from scattered AI tools to governed, on-premise Human + AI processes.
AI adoption in SMEs today is fragmented: employees use scattered AI tools with no integration into core systems, sensitive data gets copied into external tools, and there's almost no coordination between human employees and AI at the process level. We built Mr.Bot to fix that — one platform where AI Employees and human employees work the same processes, governed and on-premise.
Agentic AI is the next platform shift — Gartner expects 40% of enterprise apps to feature AI agents by 2026. Large enterprises are moving fast. Service SMEs need a simple, secure, on-premise-friendly way to adopt it before they fall behind — that's the gap Mr.Bot fills.
