This page describes, in plain language, what Mr.Bot B.V. ("Mr.Bot", "we", "us") collects through mrbot.site and why. It is a good-faith summary of our own practices, not a substitute for legal advice — if you need a policy for a specific regulatory filing or contract, have it reviewed by counsel.
Mr.Bot B.V. is registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, at Herengracht 320, 1016 CE Amsterdam. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@mrbot.site.
| Where | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email, company, your message | To reply to your enquiry |
| Book a Demo | Name, email, company, phone (optional), chosen time slot | To schedule and confirm your demo |
| Partner application | Company, name, email, region, partner type, message | To evaluate and respond to partnership requests |
| Ask AI-Native chat | Your question, an anonymous session identifier (cookie), and your IP address | To answer your question, apply a daily rate limit, and improve the knowledge base — you don't need to log in to use it |
| Admin login (staff only) | Email, password (hashed), a login session cookie | To let our own team manage site content — this does not apply to visitors |
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Contact messages, demo bookings and partner applications are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then deleted. Ask AI-Native chat logs are kept to improve the knowledge base and are not linked to your identity beyond the anonymous session cookie.
If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email info@mrbot.site — we'll respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Our own infrastructure — the website and the database behind our forms and chat — runs on servers we control, consistent with our on-premise, GDPR-by-design approach. Some third-party services listed above (YouTube, Google Fonts, our AI provider) may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own applicable safeguards.
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy or your data: info@mrbot.site, or use our contact form.
